The Zamfara State Government has issued a stern warning to communities suspected of harboring bandits, threatening demolition as a potential consequence.
This announcement came from Deputy Governor Malam Mani Mummuni during his visit to Tsafe Emirate, where he expressed condolences for the recent loss of nine members of the Community Protection Guards (CPG) at the hands of bandits.
The tragic incident occurred when bandits ambushed the security operatives along the Tsafe-Funtua road, leading to their deaths.
