Ghanaian actress and evangelist Gloria Kani has weighed in on the controversy surrounding the deaths of two girls and Bishop Salifu’s alleged involvement.
In a self-recorded video, she stated that Bishop Salifu’s son should face the full consequences of his actions, which she believes contributed to the tragic incident.
Gloria criticized Bishop Salifu’s recent remarks at his church, where he urged the public to refrain from criticizing his son. He claimed the incident was an accident and that his son did not intentionally harm the girls.
Many Ghanaians found this response troubling, calling for the bishop to apologize to the victims’ families for what they perceive as arrogance and insensitivity.
Gloria further stated that Bishop Salifu’s comments were a disservice to the Christian faith.
