In a significant security operation, troops of the Nigerian Army have apprehended Alhaji Adamu Bajara, a high-profile terrorist, in Plateau State. The arrest took place on October 17, 2024, when soldiers raided Bajara’s residence in Ambakka village, situated on the Plateau-Nasarawa border.
According to an official statement from the Army, Bajara has been on multiple security watchlists due to his involvement in terrorist activities. During the raid, the troops recovered three AK-47 rifles and two rounds of 7.62mm special ammunition from the suspect’s home.
