Nollywood actress Tawa Ajisefinni has shared her emotional journey before becoming a mother, revealing how societal pressure and name-calling took a toll on her mental health.
In a conversation on the podcast Talk to B, hosted by her colleague Biola Bayo, Tawa recounted being relentlessly trolled over her inability to conceive earlier in her marriage.
She disclosed that critics cruelly branded her a “barren woman,” a term that caused her significant distress. “It brought tears to my eyes,” she said, reflecting on the hurtful remarks she endured.
