Mixed reactions have emerged after a video surfaced showing Dock and Port workers at Car Park C, Tin Can Port in Lagos booing a retiring customs officer.
The officer, an Assistant Commissioner in the customs service, experienced this unusual farewell on Wednesday, October 23. In the footage, workers chanted and held placards reading “Ole, Isa,” meaning “thief,” as she descended the stairs. The chants persisted even after she left the premises.
