Crossdresser Bobrisky has expressed his frustration over the way he is being criticized on various media platforms by Nigerians.
He has recently made headlines following the release of an audio clip, in which a voice purportedly belonging to him claims he paid money to the EFCC to have his money laundering charges dropped and that he had secured a private apartment during his time in prison. This audio was shared by social critic Very Dark Man.
In the clip, the individual alleged to be Bobrisky also mentioned having spoken to rapper Falz while incarcerated, stating that Falz would contact his father, Femi Falana, to seek a presidential pardon. On October 14, the Falanas sent a letter via their lawyers demanding that Bobrisky issue an apology within twelve hours. Bobrisky, however, maintains that he does not know the person in the audio.
In a video released last night, Bobrisky expressed his exhaustion with the ongoing criticism, questioning whether he is the only celebrity in Nigeria facing such treatment.
