Paul Pogba ‘Turns Down Offer From New Club’ As He Approaches Return To Football Following Doping Ban

French superstar Paul Pogba has turned down an offer from a Russian club as he edges closer to returning to the field following his doping ban.

The former Manchester United midfielder is set to make his comeback in March after the Court of Arbitration for Sport reduced his four-year drug ban to just 18 months.

Had CAS upheld the original suspension, Pogba would have faced the possibility of retirement from football. He is expected to be cleared for training in January.

However, he won’t be returning to play for his current club, Juventus, which is reportedly working to terminate his contract.

Broke Boys FC is not affiliated with FIFA and competes in the Media Football League, established in 2022 and featuring celebrity players.

The club is the reigning league champion, having won the 2024 final 3-0 in front of 27,000 fans.

Pogba has been linked with clubs like Marseille and teams in the Saudi Pro League as he prepares for his return. The 31-year-old is believed to be in negotiations to exit Juventus, where he rejoined in 2022.
