The need to urinate is something every healthy person feels. But sometimes, you may need to urinate more often than what is typical for you. This is called Frequent urination.
Simply put, frequent urination is when one makes a trip to the restroom many times throughout a 24-hour period. This condition is medically called nocturia.

3. Kidney disease:
Kidney disease comes with the urge to urinate often. It causes bacteria to travel round the kidney, thereby causing harm to the body, that could be life threatening, if not properly handled.
There is every need to stay away from foods that can harm the vital organs like; smoking, excess alcohol, fried foods etc.
The list is not limited to this, there are other illnesses that are associated with frequent urination.
