Police Share Bottled Water To Lagos Protesters (Photos)

The Lagos Police command took a supportive stance during a recent protest by distributing packs of bottled water to demonstrators after over five hours of intense expressions of concern regarding the nation’s issues.

The protest, named ‘National Day of Survival,’ began at the Ikeja under-bridge and later moved to Oregun and Freedom Park in Ojota.

At the Ojota venue, two police officers were spotted inside a white vehicle handing out bottles of water, which protesters eagerly received.

Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Lanre Ishola, addressed the media, emphasizing that law enforcement would engage with the protesters lawfully.
