A High Court in Abeokuta, Ogun State, issued a ruling limiting the locations where members of the #FearlessInOctober protest groups can gather.
The court, presided over by Justice Tajudeen A. Okunsokan, designated four specific venues for the protests: the MKO Abiola Stadium in Abeokuta, Gateway International Stadium in Sagamu, Dipo Dina Stadium in Ijebu Ode, and Ansar-Ud-Deen Comprehensive High School in Ota.

The court’s order prohibits any assembly outside the specified venues and mandates that the Commissioner of Police enforce this ruling.
The order is set to remain in effect for seven days, as stipulated under Order 39 of the High Court of Ogun State (Civil Procedure) Rules 2014, ensuring that the protest activities are contained within the designated areas.
