Heineken Lokpobiri, the Minister of State for Petroleum, has publicly acknowledged that former Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike played a crucial role in his appointment as a minister.
Lokpobiri made this revelation during a goodwill message at the Ijaw Peoples Congress held in Port Harcourt to honor the Federal Capital Territory Minister.
